Before engaging with Chapter One's offered services, you must read, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. If you are unable to attend a session, you must cancel 12 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. If cancelled within the 12 hours of your scheduled session, a refund will not be available.

2. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival. Please ensure you are punctual to utilise your allocated session time.

​

3. Neighbour privacy must be respected when arriving and departing sessions as the gym is located in a residential area.

​

4. The personalised nature of the service may result in variation of programs offered.
